Each cabin has their own gas grill provided.

There are several day use areas at the local lakes (Woods Canyon Lake, Willow Springs Lake, Black Canyon Lake, Bear Canyon Lake and Knoll Lake), and also behind the Forest Service Visitor Information Services, and at the nearby developed campgrounds!
